2015 winter season was really good in Gudauri, Georgia. Huge powder days, lot of snow and cooperation of Snow Lab Gudauri team with Spitfire media made possible this video. No matter how old we get, it never gets old counting down the days to Christmas. And to help you get into the Christmas spirit (no pun intended), we suggest scooping up a 2015 Whisky Advent Calendar. Every year our friends at Drinks by Dram put this thing together, and every year it’s better than the last. Each day leading up to Xmas, you’ll be able to enjoy a different 3cl whiskey sample from one of the 24 windows – as oppose to chocolates. And this isn’t your typical liquor store hooch either – this is top notch, nearly impossible to find stuff we’re talking about here. There’s everything from a 50 year old 1964 Xtra Old Particular ($450/bottle) to the Lost Distilleries Blend – Batch 6 (also $450), and a whole lot more in between. Basically you get a chance to sample some of the greatest whiskies on earth, whiskies you may have never gotten to sip on otherwise. The calendar sells for $193.
